Week #10 - Riding a bike is tougher than I thought! Especially with hills!!

So, its been a pretty good week, lots of tracking and tons of Spanish lessons and even a few English ones so its been nice. I have a wonderful Companion, Elder Nate.  He has truly been helping me so much with Portuguese and how to be a great missionary.  I am so grateful for President and Sister Smith.  They put me in an apartment with Elder Barney, who is also going to Mozambique so we work together to study Portuguese together.  They are wonderful!!

Segunda-Feira (Monday) - Last P day we went shopping and played some basketball, emailed, and then tracked from 6-9pm.

Terca-feira (Tuesday) - Went on splits with the Zone Leader, Elder Vance, he was such a cool dude. We did service in the morning with him and helped a lady clean her yard up and another lady move.

Kinda cool, but I met a sister that is in my zone that`s from Layton and she knows Stephen.. Crazy its such a small world!!

Quarta-feira (Wednesday) - Muito Bem dia, We went to a ladies house that was a member and her daughter was really, really sick and she asked me to give her daughter
a blessingWhat a cool experience because that is the first time I've done it in the Mission field. So that was a pretty big highlight of my week.

Quinta-Feira (Thursday) - We tracted all day, it was a very tough day.  We used bikes today and we biked a little over 12 miles, in the Florida heat - it was a party.

Sexta-Feira (Friday) - We had 3 lessons today.  The guy, Marco that I told you about last week?  Ya, he called us today and dropped us.  He said that the church isn`t for him because he's already a Catholic.  That was pretty heart breaking. Our other lessons went really well and hopefully they will continue to progress

Sabado (Saturday)Zone Conference was today. I loved it!
The President gave us a cool theme he wants us to live by.

Its the BOWL principle:

Baptize..
    Obey..
        Work..
    and Love

When he shared this it really turned my attention back to our purpose and how our whole goal on a mission is to bring others unto Christ.

"Teach repentance and Baptize Converts"

Domingo (Sunday) - Went to sacrament meeting. It was a regular day nothing crazy.  When the night came we had some time to go track so we went and it was awesome!

We only were out for a short time but we got 4 more new investigators and one of them was from Zimbabwe and He talked to us tons about Mozambique. After talking with the man from Zimbabwe it made me way excited to go to Mozambique
This is my apartment!

I`m pretty stoked.

We have an appointment with him this week and he has some cool things he said he wanted to share with me.

I still don't know about my visa.  I have 3 weeks left until transfers.

Here is my address if you wanna send anything:)
